These terms govern your use of Humsya.com (https://humsyacom.store.shoopy.in) and any order you place with us. By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Humsya.com is an online store based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can reach us at humsya.com@gmail.com.

2. Products, prices and availability

Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted only when we confirm it; we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced or cannot be delivered to your address, and any amount already paid will be refunded.

3. Orders and payment

Orders can be placed online and paid for by cash on delivery or any other payment option shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for cash-on-delivery orders. Orders may be verified by phone or e-mail before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and serviceable locations are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, replacements and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, write to humsya.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site (text, images, logos) belongs to Humsya.com or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
